Make a bigger impact
Executive coaching is about more than simply your next role or decision. It’s about showing up more purposefully — at work, in your relationships, and in your life.
The ripple effect of your growth impacts everyone around you:

“With Diane as my executive coach, I was able to navigate inner barriers that were holding me back from embracing my natural leadership strengths. I appreciated her ability to listen and ask powerful questions within a space where I felt both safe as well as encouraged to stretch throughout the process.”
– Dee Dee Sung, Executive Director
How executive coaching works
Executive coaching is a one-on-one coaching journey designed around your growth and your organization’s success.
We meet regularly for deep, focused conversations that help you think clearly, make aligned decisions, and lead with purpose.
Most women work with Diane for 6 to 12 months, creating space for real transformation to take root. Many are sponsored by their organizations.
Coaching spots are limited and open only a few times each year.

What happens in a coaching partnership?
Each session is a step in your larger journey. You’ll bring what’s present, and we’ll start there.
Over time, you’ll build the clarity, capacity, and courage to lead in a way that feels fully your own.

Vision Design: We begin by creating a clear vision of your future. Using assessment tools like Clifton Strengths and EQ-i 2.0, we’ll gather data to help you understand your true strengths, answer the fundamental questions: “Who am I?” and “What do I want?”

Exploration: You’ll show up with what’s on your mind – a question, a goal, or a challenge you’re working through. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Insight and Reflection: When it’s helpful, I’ll offer targeted tools or frameworks to help you see things differently. I’ll guide your reflection with powerful questions, helping you explore new ways of thinking and being.

Action and Accountability: You’ll move forward with more focus, confidence, and accountability, bringing your full, authentic self into your leadership.

Each session moved me forward
Going into each coaching session, I had messy thoughts, ideas, and questions that needed to have a mirror turned on them so I could move the work forward in my organization, both personally and collectively.
Every single time I finished my coaching session, it was like a celebration – I knew what I had to do next with strategy, communication, vision and coaching!
Working with Diane continues to force me to reflect on my leadership which impacts those I work with and those I love. She is the best!
